BEE CAVE - Rockspring Capital, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, has acquired a 22.52-acre retail site on W. Hwy. 71, two miles west of the Hill Country Galleria. The firm plans to invest approximately $1.4 million to enhance the property’s value further.
The build will possibly include several restaurants, banks and other service providers. Bee Cave plans to add more than 6,400 new homes, which will only increase the demand for the retail site.
