DALLAS – Cohen Asset Management Inc. has purchased a warehouse in south Dallas.

The 920,000-sf logistics facility at 3351 Balmorhea Dr, south of I-20, is fully leased to Amazon.

The California-based investor has purchased two other warehouses in Dallas since 2018, plus a 700,000-sf industrial building in Wilmer. The firm owns over eight million sf in Texas.
