ALLEN – Stillwater Capital has begun work on an 84-acre, mixed-use project.

Located at SH 121 and Chelsea Blvd., 121 Technology Park will have industrial, office, retail, and residential buildings.

Phase one Park will have four industrial buildings with 370,000 sf of warehouse and manufacturing space. Future plans call for 130 townhomes and two office buildings with 200,000 sf.
