JEFFERSON COUNTY – Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Purely Portfolio, a seven-property self-storage portfolio totaling 2,627 units in southeast Texas.
The portfolio included two properties in Beaumont and two in Nederland. The other facilities are in Groves, Bridge City, and Orange.
Constructed during the 1970s and 1980s, the properties total 389,501 net rentable sf.
The seller purchased the facility in 2018.
