FRISCO – Toll Brothers Inc. and Pondmoon Capital USA are developing Mirra, a 285-unit multifamily project at 8320 Church St.

The building will have five stories and 330,000 sf. Mirra will have studio and one- and two-bedroom units. Select units will have private terraces and balconies.

Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, leasing office, outdoor lounge with grilling stations, billiards room, and a resident clubroom.

Completion is slated for 2024.
