​RICHARDSON – Galatyn Station, a 285-unit multifamily complex at 2301 Performance Dr., has been sold to Kairoi Residential.

Built in 2008, the five-story building has more than 5,500 sf of retail space.

The Telecom Corridor rental community is more than 96 percent leased with rents averaging more than $1,600 a month.
