​HOUSTON – Cougar USA has signed a 45,846-sf industrial lease at 8850 Fallbrook Dr.

Avison Young represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Prologis.

Cougar USA plans to move in this summer and use the space, which includes 18,009 sf for office usage, as its new headquarters. ​
