​​HOUSTON – The NHP Foundation is developing Rosemary's Place, a 149-unit housing project at 3300 Caroline St.

Units will be reserved for those currently experiencing homelessness. 

The community will offer life skills training, including budgeting, anger management​​, and interpersonal relationship skills.

The Housing & Community Development Department provided $18.6 million in financing for the project.
