Designed by Hord Coplan Macht, the community will have one- and two-bedroom units, penthouses, a 423-space parking garage, and 43,000 sf of amenities. Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, coworking space, indoor and outdoor lounges, and concierge services. Construction is set to begin in fall 2022 and wrap up in 2024.
