​​​​​HOUSTON – Crow Holdings is moving ahead with the next phase of the Layne Crossing development​ in Greenspoint near the I-45 and Beltway 8 exchange.

The city has issued building permits for two more of the six warehouses the company plans to build as part of the 530,000-sf industrial park.​​​​

The first permit was issued to Burton Construction for​ a $1.7 million, 85,502-sf warehouse at 11123 Beltline Rd.

Crow Holdings is also building a 56,211-sf warehouse at 11103 Beltline Rd. That warehouse is expected to cost $1.4 million.

Layne Crossing is expected to deliver all six warehouses by fourth quarter 2019. JLL has been hired to lease the buildings.
