​​​​​​HOUSTON – Austin-based GVA Real Estate Group has purchased the Huntington Glen Apartments, a 364-unit complex at 12023 Bissonnet near Kirkwood Dr. 

Built in 1982, the property consists of 20 buildings on nearly ten acres. 

Other recent deals in the area include:

  • ​​MS Warehousing has renewed and expanded its lease at 2015 Turning Basin near Loop 610​ to occupy the entire 143,029-sf building. 
  • Relevant Solutions has leased 64,846 sf at 1314 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. for its leasing of industrial equipment.
  • Long View Equity has purchased a 25,000-sf office property at 8448 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. 
  • ACF Global Logistics has signed a five-year lease for 17,336 sf at 4845 Homestead Rd. near Loop 610.
  • Driftwood Hospitality has sold the Hyatt House Houston, a 116-room hotel at 15405 Katy Fwy.
  • 1600 Brittmoore LLC has purchased 7.18 acres at 1600 Brittmoore Rd. from Dexco Investments.
