​​A rendering of 7800 Washington from Levcor, the developer.HOUSTON – A new mixed-use development will expand the restaurant offerings of the Washington Ave. corridor and should deliver by mid-2018.

The project, called 7800 Washington, is a 66,000-sf development that will offer retail, office and a chef-driven restaurant.

Houston-based Levcor is developing the project.

Like many of Washington Ave.'s commercial developments, 7800 Washington is an adaptive reuse project. 

Levcor is redeveloping a red brick, dock-high warehouse that was built in 1960.
