DALLAS – Construction is underway on a multi-million-dollar upgrade to the Crow Collection of Asian Art.
The project will bring a new gallery, retail shop and interactive street-level art studio to downtown Dallas by the end of 2018.
The $2.5 million upgrade will also increase the museum's footprint along the southwest corner of Harwood St. and Flora St. in the Arts District.
This expansion project will also include the creation of the Pearl Art Studio, which will offer members of the community a place to make art.
The project also includes changing the museum's new name to the Crow Museum of Asian Art.
