IRVING – Copeland Commercial LLC received $40 million in equity for the development of the DFW Commerce Center.
The development will be a 1 million-sf Class A industrial property located on 57.8 acres of DFW International Airport’s land.
The project will be situated at the intersection of West Walnut Hill Lane and East Airfield Dr.
Plans for phase one include a cross dock distribution and warehouse building that will offer 40-foot clear heights, 184 dock doors.
DFW Commerce Center will consist of four buildings totaling 2.8 million sf.
