DALLAS-FORT WORTH – At the 2017 midyear point, office vacancy in the DFW market stood at 16.0 percent, a 50-basis-points reduction from first quarter 2017.
The Dallas-Fort Worth market continued its vitality through 2Q 2017, absorbing just under 1.5 million sf and bringing the year-to-date total to over 3.0 million sf.
