The project would be divided into two phases. The first phase would include a new parking garage, shell space that could serve multiple purposes down the road and a pedestrian bridge to connect to the existing facilities. The second phase would include the 60-bed hospital, diagnostic support space, and an Oncology and Academic Patient Care Center. The project would give the League City hospital a total of 97 beds. If approved, the project would be completed in 2020, with the second phase beginning in December 2017.
