The 300-room AC Hotel and Residence Inn—a dual-branded Marriott concept hotel—will bring public spaces for guests, as well as meeting and event space, to the city.
The four-brand, 600-room hotel campus at the northwest area of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Pkwy. is also the largest project to date for Lewisville-based NewcrestImage.
The new hotel campus, which also includes a Canopy by Hilton, will help anchor The Hub in Frisco Station, which is the centerpiece for the mixed-use development and will include more than 200,000 sf of restaurants and bars at build-out.
The first hotel rooms are expected to be delivered in 2018. | Dallas Business Journal
