The City of Victoria issued a building permit for the construction of a 13,838-sf building costing approximately $1.5 million, which is expected to finish in three to four months. Each of the nine leasable spaces will be between 1,200 to 1,500 sf.
Tropical Pointe Plaza will be located in the center of town close to downtown and north of Victoria at 3202 N. Navarro St. Local family practice doctor and developer, John McNeill, wanted to keep the old trees on the property so the parking lot will be built around them. | Victoria Advocate
