​​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS)​ released data for November 2016 housing stats from around the DFW area.

The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $220,000, up 2.3 percent compared to October 2016.

Existing single-family home sales decreased 9.9 percent from October 2016 for a November 2016 total of 6,365 sold units.

Condos decreased in price to $175,000, down 5.4 percent compared to October 2016.

Existing condo sales decreased ​​​4.1 percent in November 2016 over October 2016 for a total of 421 sold units. ​
