SAN ANTONIO – Atlanta-based Radco Cos. has purchased Mesa Ridge apartments, a 200-unit, Class B apartment community.
Built in 1984, the property will be renamed City Crest. It consists of two- and three-story buildings across 7.9 acres and offers one- and two-bedroom units averaging 736 sf.
Radco financed the acquisition using private capital through Prudential Financial. It plans to spend up to $2.9 million on capital improvements to City Crest.
