BAYTOWN - Drever Capital Management, a multifamily owner, has acquired the 240-unit Aria at Rollingbrook.

Formerly known as Watercolor, the three-story community delivered last April at 1700 Rollingbrook Dr.

The property is a half-mile from ExxonMobil Baytown—the largest petrochemical plant in the U.S.—and adjacent to Chevron Phillips 66 Chemical's Cedar Bayou facility in the Baytown Multifamily submarket.

The community offers one- to three-bedroom floor plans and is more than 90 percent leased.

The firm will also offer monthly rent discounts to teachers and educators, firefighters and police officers, medical workers, and active and former military personnel, and will donate an apartment in Aria to a Baytown police officer.
