DALLAS – Watermark Community Church has acquired the eight-story Park Central I office building at 7616 LBJ Fwy.
The 127,913-sf building was sold by Houston-based Hartman Income REIT, which had owned the building for over a decade.
Designed by Atlanta-based architect John Portman, Park Central I was one of the first buildings constructed in the Park Central development at LBJ and Coit Rd.
Watermark Church already occupies two adjacent buildings on the west side of the new purchase. It plans to use parts of the Park Central I building for meeting space.
