CI Logistics Buys RGV Distribution Center

McALLEN (CBRE) – CBRE has arranged the sale of McAllen Distribution Center I, a vacant 210,140-sf industrial warehouse at 6800 International Pkwy. in the Sharyland Business Park.

Locally based Ci Logistics Group purchased the asset from Los Angeles-based 6800 International Ltd.

Ci Logistics will occupy about half of the building. The firm plans to renovate the building’s offices, add fencing around the perimeter, build a guardhouse and repaint the exterior.
