The new half-billion dollar Southport Logistics Park is near Union Pacific Railway’s intermodal freight yard and will ultimately have nine million sf of industrial space.
The first two spec warehouse buildings will have 1.1 million sf. They’ll be completed next year.
Xebec Realty Partners and CT Realty of California are also part of the development team. Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers are helping with funding. CBRE is handling leasing.
