450,000-SF Katy Retail Center Underway

Along with its development arm, Connected Development Services, The Retail Connection of Dallas is partnering with Medistar Corp. of Houston to develop the project.

Construction is underway on the center’s initial 300,000 sf.

Tenants will include Bed, Bath and Beyond, BuyBuy Baby, DSW, Kirkland’s and DXL.

Johnson Architects of Dallas and EMJ Construction are on the project team. Bank of the Ozarks will provide financing.
