DALLAS (Southern Land Company) – Nashville-based Southern Land Company will begin work in first quarter 2016 on a luxury high-rise project on Oliver St. in the Knox neighborhood.
Local architect Gromatzky Dupree & Associates designed the 270-unit, 18-story development. Units will range from 500 to more than 3,000 sf.
The building will have unobstructed views of downtown and several outdoor amenity spaces including a 10,000-sf private open space connecting to McKinney Ave.
