Time For New Rolex Office

The company now has an office in its seven-story, 105,000-sf namesake building at 2651 N. Harwood St.

The new midrise building will sit on the small tract adjacent to Saint Ann Court at Harry Hines Blvd. and Moody St. On-site amenities will include a Japanese-inspired tier garden, reflecting pool and a cascading waterfall as well as a parking garage.

Harwood International’s in-house architecture firm, in partnership with another design firm, is working on the project. The firm’s in-house general contracting entity will serve as builder.

Construction will wrap up by the end of next year.
