Memorial City Gets 240,000-SF Office

The development will be at 10100 Katy Fwy. on an 18-acre tract at the northwest corner of Gessner Rd. and I-10.

The building will be anchored by Mexico-based Cemex, which will occupy approximately 80,000 sf on the second and third floors of the six-story building. The first floor will include about 15,000 sf of retail.

Construction is scheduled to begin this fall with completion slated for fall 2016.
