SAN ANTONIO (CoStar Group) – California-based KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III has purchased the Promenade I and II office buildings in the Eilan mixed-use development.
The two four-story, Class-A buildings were constructed at 17806 and 17802 W. I-10 in 2011. They total 200,072 sf.
Tenants include KPMG, Apache Corp., Merrill Lynch and Northwestern Mutual.
CBRE facilitated the transaction.
