Plans for the two-building, 189-unit high-rise development have been reworked by D2 Architecture of Dallas. The 12-story towers will include apartments and assisted-living and skilled-nursing facilities.
Ventana will also have outdoor dining areas, a rooftop garden and a top-floor lounge.
Completion is scheduled for late 2018.
