Kimball Park will include the 175-room hotel and conference center as well as a 96,000-sf office building, three restaurants, a coffee shop and retail on 15.5 acres.
The mixed-use project is at the northwest corner of SH 114 and Kimball Ave. Medici Development Partners is the developer.
Construction is estimated to take 13 months. The Cambria hotel will be the first structure to open.
