PLANO (Pierson Retail Advisors) – The 124,567-sf Ruisseau Village shopping center at the northwest corner of West Parker Rd. and North Central Expy. has been sold to a California-based buyer.
Pierson Retail Advisors represented the seller, West Plano Retail LLC, in the transaction.
Ruisseau Village, located at 3303 N Central Expy., was purchased by West Plano Retail three years ago and was upgraded with new facades, a new roof, new signage and new tenants.
