SPRING BRANCH (GlobeSt.) – Los Angeles-based Nimes Capital has acquired three adjacent multifamily properties totaling more than 1,000 units from Bridge Investment Group.
Nimes purchased the communities — Kempwood Hollow, Kempwood Place and Spring Shadows — in a joint venture with Unilev Capital Group.
The firm plans to renovate units, update the exteriors and improve common-area amenities.
Last week, Nimes targeted Austin's multifamily market, making an 810-unit acquisition at three adjacent properties south of downtown.
