The 232-unit complex was purchased from Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Fowler Property Acquisitions for about $124,000 per unit.
Rebranded as Griffis Lakeline Station, the community was constructed in 2001 on 12.25 acres roughly 20 miles north of downtown. The 12-building complex consists of one- to three-bedroom apartments.
CBRE represented the seller.
