Green Brick Building in Heritage Creekside

Green Brick will develop 135 home sites at the 156-acre project near the intersection of North Central Expy. and the President George Bush Turnpike.

Heritage Creekside is being developed by Rosewood Property, a subsidiary of the Rosewood Corp., and Carbon Thompson. The initial phase, which began in April, includes 327 apartments and three restaurant and retail sites. Phase one is expected to be complete by next summer.

Among other plans for Heritage Creekside are about 2.3 million sf of office space, a 15-story hotel, 50,000 sf of retail and restaurant space and additional single-family and apartment homes.
