Verizon Sells Massive Richardson Campus

The campus, at 2400 N. Glenville Dr. just east of North Central Expy., was built in 1989 by award-winning architect HOK for telecom firm MCI. Parts of the complex were remodeled as recently as 2012.

Q Real Estate has hired commercial real estate firm DTZ to further upgrade the business complex. The 35-acre campus has room for additional office construction and more parking.

DTZ and Q Real Estate plan to either rent the entire complex to one company or break it up for three or four tenants.

CBRE marketed the buildings on behalf of the seller.
