HOUSTON (GlobeSt.com) – Greenwich, Conn.-based Waypoint Residential has acquired Valencia Place, a Class-A, 246-unit multifamily asset.
The apartments are located at 3131 West Bellfort Ave. in the Medical Center submarket.
Valencia Place has a lap-style swimming pool, "tanning shelf," fully equipped fitness center with onsite trainer and yoga studio, clubhouse with billiard tables and a business center.
