Farmer Bros. Perks Up North Texas Office Market

NORTHLAKE (CoStar Group) – Coffee maker Farmer Bros. Co. has entered into a lease with WF-FD NLTX LLC for a 540,000-sf facility to be constructed on 28.2 acres.

The facility, which will be completed by Dec. 31, 2016, will house the company’s corporate headquarters as well as a coffee lab, manufacturing facility and distribution facility.

The initial term of the lease is for 15 years, and it contains a purchase option exercisable at 103 percent of the total project cost.

Stream Realty Partners is the development manager for the project.
