Largest Stemmons Fwy. Office Building Sold

The 20-story, more than 630,000-sf Trinity Towers at Stemmons and Inwood Rd. was built in 1983. It is more than 90 percent leased. Tenants include Southwest Airlines, Children’s Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital.

Previously called Stemmons Place, the building was acquired in a quick sale from a unit of GE Capital.

JP Realty has almost four million sf of office space in the Dallas area, much of it in Addison and Richardson.
