Wedge Group Buys Arboretum, Las Cimas Office Properties

AUSTIN (GlobeSt.com) – Dallas-based Velocis has sold two Class-A office buildings to Houston-based private equity firm Wedge Group.

Velocis purchased Arboretum Atrium and Las Cimas I in 2013 from Moore & Associates. The buildings total more than 170,000 sf.

Arboretum Atrium is a 91,083-sf office building with a three-story atrium. The fully leased building is in northwest Austin.

The three-building, 82,787-sf Las Cimas I building, also fully leased, is in the center of the four-building Las Cimas office park at the corner of Bee Caves Rd. and Capital of Texas Hwy. on the city’s southwest side.
