More Growth at Preston Hollow Village
DALLAS (Dallas Morning News) – Provident Realty and Kroenke Holdings have broken ground on three more buildings in their half billion-dollar Preston Hollow Village at the northwest corner of North Central Expy. and Walnut Hill Ln.
The second phase of the 42-acre project will include more than 500 apartments and retail space.
Provident Realty CEO Leon Backes said the apartments will take about 22 months to build. Ziegler Cooper Architects is the designer.
Among the retail tenants are Trader Joe’s, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Modmarket restaurant, Frost Gelato, VertsKebap and Orange Theory Fitness. Preston Hollow Village has also signed an 8,400-sf restaurant lease with Matchbox Food Group from Washington, D.C.
Future phases will have more apartments, townhouses, retail and office space. A public plaza and a more than three-acre park are also planned.
