$300 Million North Texas Data Center Coming

PLANO (Dallas Business Journal) – Aligned Data Centers, a subsidiary of Connecticut-based Aligned Energy LLC, is developing a $300 million, 30-megawatt data center complex.

The 300,000-sf facility at 2800 Summit Ave. is part of a larger national expansion for Aligned Data Centers.

The project’s initial phase will put 100,000 sf of data center space on the 16-acre tract. Future phases will expand that by 200,000 sf. The initial phase is slated for completion by November.
