Preferred Apartment Communities Makes First New Braunfels Buy

NEW BRAUNFELS (CoStar Group) – Atlanta-based property investment firm Preferred Apartment Communities has debuted in the San Antonio-New Braunfels multifamily market with its purchase of Avenues at Creekside from Western Rim Properties.

The 395-unit community was constructed in 2013 on a 61-acre site at 625 Creekside Way.

The Avenues at Creekside consists of one- to four-bedroom townhomes and apartments and includes amenities such as a swimming pool and tanning deck, summer kitchen, outdoor wi-fi lounge, outdoor fireplace and grills, clubroom and game room.
