Renamed Griffis SoCo Austin, the community was built in 2000 adjacent to Williamson Creek Greenbelt within a ten-minute commute to the city's Central Business District via I-35.
The gated, garden-style property offers one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 590 to 1,256 sf with nine-foot ceilings. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, reserved covered parking, two pools and a spa.
