Baylor McKinney medical office connection

McKINNEY – The four-story, 115,000-sf Baylor McKinney Physician Office Building I, located at 5236 W. University Dr., has opened to the public. The office was financed, developed, owned, managed and leased by Duke Realty.

The facility is connected to the 470,000-sf acute care Baylor Medical Center at McKinney with 95 beds. The office houses Texas Oncology, Texas Digestive Disease Consultants, Women’s Medical Associates of North Texas, and Brinkman George & DeShazo Family Practice, among others.
