Express Midstream Services lands two tracts in Ingleside

INGLESIDE – Express Midstream Services has purchased two tracts of land from Ingleside ISD for a total of $1.628 million.

A 116-acre tract — located behind the Ingleside high school football stadium — sold for $128,000. The property was once the home of Humble Refinery and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality had identified some environmental concerns at the site.

Another 150-acre tract — located on the north side of SH 361 — sold for $1.5 million.
