Horizon buys Zone and Enclave in College Station

COLLEGE STATION – JPI has sold two student housing complexes, the 340-unit The Enclave and the 240-unit The Zone, to Seattle-based Horizon Realty Advisors.

The Enclave, located on 14.7 acres at 1800 Holleman Dr., has over 281,680 sf of living space and is appraised at $20.5 million. The Zone, located on 16.2 acres at 2001 Holleman Dr. W., has over 215,628 sf of living space and is appraised at $19.1 million, according to the Brazos Central Appraisal District.

Both student housing complexes were more than 98 percent occupied at the time of closing and located in close proximity to Texas A&M University.
