SAN ANTONIO - Emerald Realty LC recently announced the sale of three of the four buildings that make up the 40,016-sf, four-building office complex at 8023 Vantage known as KCI Plaza. The three buildings account for 19,285 sf of the Northwest Side complex. D&D Dilley bought the three buildings for $1.7 million.
New owner, Dennis Dilley, plans to occupy one of the buildings for his practice and lease the remaining two structures. The D&D sale leaves Emerald Realty with one more 20,731-sf office to go in the KCI Plaza.
