MIDLAND – The Midland City Council has over $200,000 for a public improvement agreement with Playa del Pueblo for a low-income apartment complex to be located at Terrell St. and I-20.

The complex will consist of 96 units and is partially funded by a state grant for affordable housing. The complex will be available for families making less than 60 percent of the area’s median family income, which is $41,660 in Midland.
