Allstate looks for good hands across Texas

TEXAS – Allstate Insurance agency owners across Texas are planning to hire at least 150 licensed sales professionals by the end of 2012.

Candidates are interviewed and hired by Allstate exclusive agents who are independent contractors. Although licensed sales professionals represent Allstate, they are employees of the exclusive agent and not employed by Allstate Insurance Company.

Allstate is continuing its search for exclusive agents to own and operate their own agencies and is on pace to open more than 100 agencies in Texas by the end of 2012.
